I think this non dairy yoghurt is a healthy alternative to dairy yoghurt and will be enjoyed by yoghurt lovers everywhere.
I believe swapping dairy yoghurts for this non mucus forming non dairy yoghurt could improve the health of anyone suffering with allergies from proteins in cow’s milk.
Not sure you’ve got an allergy then ask yourself this
- Do you have hay fever?
- As a sports person, do you need to regularly spit up phylem?
- Do you or your children always seem to have a cold or a permanent runny nose?
- Do you suffer with sinuses issues?
Hum, sounds like it’s probably a build up of mucus in the lungs from a dairy based allergy. I doubt your doctor will agree so test the theory for yourself and see how much better you feel after you’ve eliminated all dairy products from your diet for a few weeks, then you’ll see who’s right!
Minimise exposure to dairy therefore, allergies by making this quick and easy non dairy yoghurt because it’s sure to be a hit with big and small kids alike! Plus you’ll know you’re safe from ingesting all those other unnecessary chemical additives, preservatives, and colourings etc. that are commercial yoghurts.
1. How do to make it – blend

- Add distilled water to create desired consistency

THAT’S IT! It really is that simple to make your own pure blissful yoghurt!
3. How much does it make – 4 small / medium size portions
4. How versatile is it -
- Use the fruit of your choice, what ever is available in the fridge, or what ever is in season.
- For a more protein dense non dairy yoghurt swap or mix cashews with sunflower seeds.
- For high calcium content then swap or mix with sesame.
5. How long does it keep – couple of days in the fridge
6. How to make it even better – add chopped up pieces of mango for a chewy texture.
Top Tip – pre-soak nuts and seeds if you have time and you believe it neutralises enzyme inhibitors making them more digestible.
Want to know more about why dairy products are not supposed to be ingested by humans? Then Google the word ‘casein’ and read why it’s such a great product for making things like glue so not a great product to ingest (unless you’re a calf of course).
