How?

I think it’s because what we focus on most of the time is what we experience most of the time and so it becomes a vicious circle.

Whether we don’t want to be in this job, or that relationship or another scenario, we find it increasingly hard to extract ourselves from them because that’s all we think about until it consumes us!

Consequently, the majority of people are so focused on their pain motivation instead of the pleasure motivation (the payoff) that they can’t see the wood for the trees.  As a coach I will stop that thought process dead in its tracks for you.

You may have read about Life Coaching and wondered ‘what its all about’? I say a Life Coach does for your mind what a personal trainer does for your body.

Therefore, coaching is about unlocking your potential.  My responsibility as a coach is to stimulate my clients to look at their lives differently. I challenge them to accept responsibility for making the choices they make.

I also support and motivate my clients to transform their lives by setting realistic, achievable goals.  I resolve to inspire you to develop a positive mental attitude whilst encouraging you to maintain a peak performance approach to everything you do: be it changing your career, managing family / domestic issues, improving your communication skills to enjoy extra rewarding relationships, enhancing your health or exploring better attitudes towards money for the benefit of your finances.
