My aim here is to help fellow health seekers:

  1. access a comprehensive alternative health resource all under one roof
  2. explore the ‘pros and cons’ of as wide a range of subjects as possible
  3. make informed decisions on their important health care matters
  4. encourage them to become their own health gurus!

As a health coach and practitioner, I obviously come into contact with a huge number of products, books, supplements, equipment, retreats etc.  Therefore, I’ll be sharing my opinions based on my experiences.  After that, it’s up to you.  I trust you’ll find this an invaluable long term resource centre J

Aims and objectives in more detail:

  1. Continually strive to deliver up-to-date information, tips, techniques, reviews, points of reference and report back on contradictory health advice to enable fellow health seekers to make more informed choices.
  2. I also intent to review practices, ideas, retreats, books and therapies indeed, I’ll be researching, on an on-going basis anything and everything that will help us regain and improve our health.
  3. Challenge today’s outdated thinking about what is healthy and create a new measurement for health because I don’t believe we are living longer, we are just dying slower.
  4. Seek to offer fellow health seekers alternatives life style choices to encourage those who are interested to take back control and responsibility for their health.
  5. To offer as much 1-2-1 support as I can muster as well as inspire, encourage, motivate and support those that need it.

Obviously information contained on this site will evolve over time so I hope over time; you’ll come to rely on it as a trusted resource for health information.

      Hello Jerry, good to hear from you and well done on seeking more info. to help deal with this debilitating issue. I’m not sure if the info. is for you or another, but what I’d say at this stage is to contact me with some personal information so I’m able to respond accordingly as I’m sure you have lots of questions that need answering.

      What tends to happen when a guest enquires about staying at my retreat is that we enter into a dialogue around what they’d like to achieve. We don’t need to go into the past if you don’t want to. I’m more interested in encourgaging you to think about what you want for your future then working out the steps to help you get there.

      So we’ll work together to create a program that suits you, your situtation and your needs because you’ll appreciate, no two guests are ever the same. Your program could for instance include reiki, coaching, thought field therapy or any number of subjects including on-going mentoring.

      You’ve probably gathered I’ve also had first hand experience of dealing with the suffering and self sabotage of an eating disorder.
